I wanted to put in writing my concerns in regards to the inspection and quote provided from a site visit on Tuesday 9th May.
The person who did the inspection spoke to me on the phone after visiting the property and explained that there was a problem with the thermostat and informed "you just can't get parts for this Unit" and something along the lines of I really searched everywhere. I was informed my best option was a new heat pump to the tune of $5070.00
I explained I needed a second opinion. I received another text and a phone call asking if the quote could proceed which felt a bit pushy.
I've since had another reputable company (Solar Doctor Perth) inspect the unit and was promptly told it was a very standard part and not a problem to replace. I have since got the unit up and running at a cost of $300.00 instead of the $5070 that was pushed from one of your team
It's now obvious that the claim 'parts can't be found' is a complete falsehood and leaves me unable to draw any other conclusion than that your company is operating outside of what I would consider to be ethical.
