Had 3 splits installed on a double storey house. All units are Fujitsu. Designer series look great and are highly recommended above a window.

Not reliable. I called and organised a time, took a day off. The Heat Shop called on the day to advise technician was unavailable and will not attend. Went with another company which was reliable.
