A staff member quoted a postage fee for a watch to be sent away to be repaired which wasn't cheap, but when it came to paying a few weeks later that amount had doubled; and the watch came back with some small dents in the bezel. Its a beautiful Omega watch with a lot of sentimental value. I'd never go there again.
