It was Christmas Day so I thought I would get a chauffeur rather than taxi to the airport so I would be guarenteed to make my flight with plenty of time. The driver was 25 minutes late and the girl in the Queensland office was very rude and unhelpful. I was stressing as I needed to check in luggage and being Christmas Day I wasn't sure what the airport would be like. I was stressed the whole ride thinking I might miss my flight. It was a bad start to Christmas Day, I will not use the service again.
