Phill is magician at ‘not’ getting back to you and ‘not’ showing up to do the job. After 3 attempts to get a stage 1 and waiting more than 5 months.....’shame on me’. Phill I would have loved to help you get a lot of work on top tier cars because you seemed like a ok guy. Not going to happen now.

Terriable dry oily fish. Chips, calamari, scolops all lack any flavor. These guys really need to improve there cooking methods, quality and freshness. We eat here about once a year and every time it is a let down. I would rather eat fish and chips from red rooster any day of the week. Extremely disappointing considering the skill required to prepare and cook this food.

After a very long wait for Di Vine Hair Brisbane’s new Salon to re-open I can say the wait was worth it. This time I had a Korean hairdresser Rosie cut my hair.
3 days later I am still very happy with the result. Rosie took the time to again fully understand what I wanted and provided her opinion too. Been a male, naturally I value the opinion of a very pretty female hairdresser. She also gave me 2 options, the first was keeping the length a bit on the sides and back and if I didn’t like it she would go straight for the look I was wanting which was much much shorter on the sides. This salon really knows how to communicate which is key to getting that great cut you want. Does not matter who cuts your hair it will always be a good experience. I also noticed they now carry two international brands, Kerastase and Shu Uemura only found it high end salons. Amazingly I still only was only charged the very affordable price of $59 and this salon even use their high end products to shampoo and finish with. Yes they retail them too. They are now located in MacArthur central, next to Apple in what appears to be a brand new hair salon built by the owner. They kept their original mirrors but they new salon is at a whole new level with motorised chairs and everything. Love the lighting throughout the salon. Its not often I feel comfortable sitting in front of a mirror during a service. But got the lighting right so you feel your best at all times. I think this is very important when you are at a salon.

Big breakfast lovers, stay away from this joint. This place really needs to lift their product offering. I suggest they reduce the size of their menu and focus on quality rather than quantity. Their Big Breakfast "The Jackson" $25 was one for meat lovers, with bacon, sausages, pork belly, steak and meat rissoles and absolutely NO vegetables.
The CONS. No tomatoes, no mushrooms, no other veg. The sausages were deep fried and just a terrible product. The steak and rissole was just as bad having no flavour. Just nothing nice to say. No turkish bead, just traditional multigrain bread you would have at home. Over priced. Can find cheaper in Newstead/Tenerife with much fresher produce. The PROS. The bacon was nice, and the hash browns we eatable but full of old deep fry oil. Please lift your product guys. When I told them their food was terrible and offered some suggestions, the wait staff just giggled and smiled then said that will be $49 . My wife said their eggs Benedict was average. Wont be going back ever.

We dined at Brisbane Next Hotel fine dining restaurant Lennons. As we were the only 2 in the restaurant at 7:30 PM we expected the food would be cooked to perfection as the 5 kitchen staff would easily be able to handle you entrees and mains.

The menu was fine and all dishes had nice complementing flavours. My complaints are as follows. I ordered my eye fillet 200gm wagyu rare as I always do, however it was cooked closer to very well done. In addition their cooking method left the both the top and bottom of fillet including the outsides of the meat very dry, not evenly cooked.

Their eggplant sides to accompany our main meals were generally a little over chargrilled, however the last slices of kent pumpkin placed at the bottom of the plate very extremely burnt and should not have been served.

Both compliant were explained to the wait staff. No paid full all items with no complementary offers made.

As an aside the use of paper drink coasters should not be found in any fine dining restaurant.

The pool and bar on the 4th floor is a great place to finish up your night.

The staff are professional yet friendly and took the time to find out what I wanted to achieve from my visit to their salon which started with a cool hair history questioner / new client information sheet that I completed before meeting with Di one of their stylists. I like to change my look a lot and Di took the time to show me a number of the latest fashion cuts on their iPad, taking into consideration both my narrow head and my corporate job. I was also provided some hair care advise that I found invaluable. Their style cuts included shampoo, conditioner, a blow and finishing. In summary I am very pleased with my new style cut and will book in for a straightening and a colour in the weeks to come. The complementary drink and snacks were a nice touch and been offered a glass of red wine close to the end of my service on a friday night was a big plus for me. The salon looks great with a nice mix of music and they have a huge range of Schwarzkopf and GHD hair products and stylers, which you don't normally see at Asian salons in the city. Expect to pay a little more than you average Asian salon, but they also have some great loyalty programs to make you want to come back. On the prices, their colour and straightening i was quoted on was very comparable to those cheeper salons. I was told Shiseido for straightening and a choice of Schwarzkopf or Shiseido for colour. All round a very pleasing and unique hair experience.
