Pilates Studio & Pilates Online

Active Pilates Qld has been operating since June 2010 as a small home-based Pilates Studio in Ormeau, Queensland.

With more than 20 years of experience teaching Pilates and more than 30 years in the Health and Fitness industry, Active Pilates Queensland will take you on your own personal Pilates journey. 

Pilates experience and passion enable us to provide the community with high-quality Pilates training to improve posture, body awareness, and self-correction as well as work with your health professionals assisting clients to rehabilitate from injury.

What We Do

Located in Ormeau at the northern tip of the sunny Gold Coast. Denitta Morris and her team bring many years of combined skill, experience and passion with a strong and focused mission to provide the community high-quality Pilates training to improve posture, wellbeing and body awareness as well as assisting clients to rehabilitate from injury and ‘return to life’, in an environment that is both encouraging and supportive of your journey.
