We have plans to suit to your needs from hourly to a year. We work with you and your plans, many of our customers have decided that this where they want to be long term and have signed a six month contract, however if your needs are different, we can cater to your needs and lease you space for a shorter period - say from an hour to a day or for one week or from 1 month to six months - with a preferential option to book for another period or you can simply be on month to month plan after the first six months. The benefit is that you are always in control.

You can start from one of our rooms with a fee of $500 per month and then grow into our large room where 8 people can fit in - our floor plan is flexible where we have sections and we can even put partition for your team and have a dedicated area for you for a team of up to 20 people. You benefit as you do not have to move when your business grows.

Bookings for all our rooms is online and all payments are with credit card. You can download & pay your invoices online or extend your bookings. You can book meeting rooms and our boardroom online, there is no charge for using our meeting room. You Benefit by removing all the paper work from your credit card and have only one charge.

Being online means that we are open for business 24/7. You are now able to book for offices, meeting rooms and boardroom. With duty manager on site from 8 am to 6 pm, we will be able to assist you to all your needs.

Since we have 24 office plus a meeting room - we will always have an additional meeting room available for you, should the meeting room be busy in your chosen time. Booking for these meeting rooms are done online with confirmations sent to your inbox instantly. You benefit as you are always assured that you will be able to meet your clients in a professional environment.

We arrange once a month meeting of all occupants and introduce you to new people who move to our premises. This is an opportunity for you to know any new issues in the centre and gives you an opportunity to build relationships within the centre for engaging each other services or providing internal network to grow business together. These meetings are on last Friday of each month at 5.00 PM. You benefit by joining forces and growing your business together.

Located in prime location

We are located about 5 minutes walk from Parramatta station. The street is a one way street with 2 hours of free parking on the street for your clients. There is plenty of free parking for your staff in the residential area which is about 5 minutes walk from the office. You benefit as you can have your staff closely linked to the office.
