This is the second time my family is building with Webb & Brown-Neaves within a span of less than a year. After previously going through the design process with Bojan late last year, we did not hesitate to contact Bojan again. The design he has developed has given us confidence to further progress the design and build process with Webb & Brown-Neaves. High-End Builder WBN Building Journey

We are first-time home building owner, and the slab was just laid this week. The building journey so far has been brilliant and very thanks to our Building Consultant Rod Druce and our prestart consultant Tess Godfrey. We are still in the early stage of building yet, but we strongly believe the house we are building will have exactly good quality as the display house that we have visited. Looking forward to our new home.

Starting the journey amid a pandemic of uncertainty

We are yet to start however the hold up has certainly not lay with Andy and Tess whom from early April last year through till now have been attentive in there responses. Both have guided us through the process of designing and costing our first home through to contract signing.

Our Dream Home in Willetton

We are into 2 years now living in our Double Storey dream home in Willetton. We are extremely grateful and thankful to Nick Monzu for all the efforts he has put in from the day 1 of our meeting in 2017-18. He is extremely knowledgable and hardworking and goes an extra mile to fulfil our requirements. Webb & Brown-Neaves even followed us up after 1 year and gave a good service/maintenance. Our new home

Martin and Ashlee have been an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout our journey so far. Going into our first meeting we felt a sense of ease with Martin because of his extensive knowledge. Ashlee’s design expertise made the selection process fun and she has been great at keeping us updated and informed throughout. We are only a few weeks away from starting our build and we couldn’t be more excited for our new home.

Looking great so far, built of design and up to the second story. Exceeded our expectations. Nick was amazing at the start, having our perfect design drawn from a 10 minute phone conversation. He is attentive and knowledgeable. Very happy with how everything is proceeding now after a little slow start due to everyone now wanting to build. Workmanship looks outstanding.

Block Due Diligence & New Build

Zac from WB was extremely helpful in assisting with the first phase of our new home. This all started with searching for a suitable block of land. I would recommend Zac to anyone wishing to search for potential suitable blocks for a new build, block due diligence and initial concept design.

Best experience I've ever had

I have worked with Bojan and Tess in building my dream home. They have worked tirelessly and have been compromising in many ways to suit my needs. I would give 6 stars if I could.

My first build and I'm glad I chose WB!

Throughout the design process Bojan was very thorough and patient in guiding me through the process that was very new to me making sure the design of the built would be tailored to my life style and living habits. Tess was also great through the pre-start selection phase with quick responses and really tries to understand your vision and interior inspirations to make it fit your floorplan.

Custom build on 10m frontage

With a narrow 10 metre frontage after sub-dividing our block, we thought we’d need to go to an architect. However after speaking with Andy at WB, we realised we didn’t need to pay the $$ for plans, and engaged their design team to bring our dream home to life .Our designer Nops was awesome! Only a couple of concepts were needed and then we received our fixed priced.

Total satisfaction

Selecting the right builder was our first goal and WB have not disappointed. Martin Corrigan, our WB consultant, has been tireless in providing a level of service we have rarely experienced. No request was rejected and just the right level of direction was provided. WB have delivered our design within budget, to a high specification and we cannot wait for the construction phase to begin.

From Start to finish our experience was nothing short of wonderful. It exceeded all our expectations. Our building experience with Webb & Brown-Neaves began after many months of deliberating and discarding a host of other options on our list. We need not have worried. Our building experience was seamless from the moment we began our journey. The design process was not rushed and we have ended up with exactly what we wanted. Every person we worked with was totally professional and we found that all our fears were allayed and our needs were met resulting in a top quality build.

My experience with web & brown started off a little rocky but was handled professionally by the management team. Any issues during construction were addressed promptly & professionally by the building supervisor to ensure I was happy as a customer. Any questions that I had or information that I needed was no trouble for the client liaison contact. The workmanship of the tradesmen is of a high standard as you would expect from web & brown.

Great decision to choose WBN

After a disappointing start to our first build with another builder, WBN took over our plans and got things back on track. I wish we had chosen them from the beginning. My wife and I are now relieved that WBN are building our home and are now excited again about the process.

Feeling like you're the only customer in the world!

We contacted Webb Brown-Neaves to assist with designing a narrow lot home, that included 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, without a ‘package home feel’. We were amazed by the level of service and design skill from our WBN consultant, Michael Vaz. Beautiful finished product

This was the first time we have built a house and the WB team walked us through it from start to finish. The admin team were extremely helpful with any questions we had and the site manager was very attentive to the quality of the work being done, even replacing the garage doors as he wasn't happy with the initial installation. We have built with them 3 times and would never build with anyone else again

We had great communication from the day we signed to the day they handed over the keys. A quality build and they were very attentive to our needs, would strongly recommend them to anyone considering building. They helped us deal with council, organise demolition and helped resolve any issues that came up very quickly.

Good product, good workmanship, good back-up and service

The site manager planned the job well and kept us up to date if he foresaw any delays...trades were on time and clean...things happened as he said they would...good organization. The final costs to us were well within our expectations...we were aware that some costs could be a bit more...but at the end we were very happy with our final costs...the job was well done to all our expectations.

Impressive quality

We have just reached lock-up stage, and have been very impressed with WBN throughout our build. With the intention of this being our forever home, we took a lot of time in the design stage, and were never rushed at all. Our designer Rod was fantastic in understanding our needs and coming up with a design that was functional for our family.

Third time building

We are in the final stages of construction, hand over in early March. We have built before with other builders, but by comparision WB are way ahead of their class. WB bench mark for the industry is unmatch by our previous builder.

Seamless experience, quality product, personal touch

I had known of the brand and their reputation for years prior to building, so it was an easy choice when I came to build my own home! From the initial meeting, through the build and even post build, the service I received from staff and tradesman was always seamless and easy. From start to finish, the process was very easy and they were happy to accommodate my requests to customise my own home, help me with finishes, give recommendations on products and their support throughout the process was second to none! Great service and quality

We have been very happy with the service that WBN provided us throughout our build. Rod Druce was fantastic in helping us design our new home giving us lots of great tip. the pricing structure is transparent and so you always know what to expect and there are minimal surprises. Highly recommended builder and we very much enjoy our new home.

Great builders and beautiful home!

My build went unbelievably well. The staff were all great, supportive and so friendly. The building manager, Chris Davey, was fantastic. Nothing was ever too much bother, he was on site regularly, he gave us fortnightly phone calls to update us, and if we had any queries he responded immediately. I couldn't believe how good Webb and Brown-Neaves were!

First time building and enjoying the experience

We are in our early stages of the building process...the slab will be laid next week. The process so far has been brilliant - we're very impressed with Rod Druce (our building and design consultant) and Shelley Kierse (our pre-start consultant). We're very happy with the quick and thorough communication that all the WBN consultants have offered us. Both Rod and Shelley have also been very accommodating with meeting times as we're often changing things last minute due to our young children.

Never built before but WB making our custom home build easy and stress free so far

We are only in the initial stages of our building process with WB, but have been very impressed to date with Michael (our sales/building and design consultant) as well as Shelley (our pre-start liaison consultant). We are very impressed so far and look forward to continuing our custom build journey with WB.

Beautiful home built by a fantastic company

The build process through WB was very well managed and I was always kept up to date on where I was at in the process and I had great communication with my Site Supervisor. I was very satisfied with the workmanship and could not fault the quality products that were installed throughout. All queries post construction have been dealt with in a fast timeframe and I would have no issue building with WB again!

Fantastic start

When we decided to built our dream home we visited many display homes, then we meet Nick and we did not have to look any further. He was very knowledgeable and well informed on what was going on in the building industry. Shelley was a pleasure to deal with at prestart, thank you so much for guiding us through our design changes, and Shire requirements.

A rewarding experience

We can't speak highly enough of our experience of building with Webb & Brown-Neaves. Our journey started when we walked into a display home near our existing house and met Ben Lawrence. We are extremely pleased with the end result and would highly recommend Webb & Brown-Neaves as a professional builder of high quality homes.

A very good builder, excellent build.

We expected building our first house to be difficult reading all the horror stories people have posted. Now that we are almost at the end of the build, I can tell you it was nothing but exhilarating. The builder was very accommodating, prestart was fantastic and WB had the best range of standard options letting us keep within budget.

Building with WBN

We are delighted with the design of our WBN home. Once the building process started, WBN said it would take 10 months from once the slab was laid. True to their word we will have the keys to our home on schedule. WBN take pride in their homes and this was reflected with our build. We would definitely recommend WBN to our friends.

We love our new home

From start to finish and even to this day, the service offered by Webb and Brown Neaves has been exceptional. They delivered on exactly what we had agreed upon at the start of the process and no more can be asked than that. Since moving in we have had no issues and found the workmanship to be perfect. We could not recommend them highly enough.

Very happy with building process and end result

Supervisor was very regular with communications and never missed a single fortnightly update. Our home was built to our exact specifications, what more can you ask for. The company was upfront on their pricing of variations and were honest at refunding even small amounts like removing half a square metre of aggregate.

At all times, Webb & Brown-Neaves was very accommodating to our requests. Our building supervisor explained things very clearly and was consistent with his communications. Emailing both the supervisor and office staff resulted in prompt responses. There was definitely no “horror” stories here.
