Aspire Atherstone Childcare Centre

Our Atherstone Estate early learning centre opened in 2019 and caters for children aged 6 weeks old in our nursery to 6 years old within our comprehensive Kindergarten Program. We are located at the corner of Atherstone Boulevard and Bridge Road, only a short distance from the Wilton Fields Park and Atherstone Adventure Park. With 8 rooms and more than 887 square metres of space, there is plenty of room for your child to play, explore and learn with the support of our experienced and friendly educators.

We aim to create a homely environment where every child has a sense of belonging and feels like a valued member of the community. We respect and honour the role of family throughout a child’s educational journey, and we keep you informed at every stage through KinderM8. Our aim is to deliver the best care and quality education for every child, through our combination of sensory and play-based learning.

Bringing the Outdoors In

Our indoor rooms are designed to cater for specific age groups, ensuring they are both stimulating and safe. The seamless connection between our indoor and outdoor areas offers children a wealth of opportunities to explore and enjoy various facilities, including sand pits, cubby houses, swing sets, bike paths and dry creek beds. We regularly run outdoor programs, ranging from environmental education to sports, which enhance the children’s cognitive and social skills. They also learn to discover new concepts and gain an understanding of environmental sustainability.

Everything Provided, Nothing to Worry About

All daily necessities such as nappies and linen are provided, and there are no hidden or extra costs. Our qualified cook prepares morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea, following Nutrition Australia's Dietary Guidelines. Your child will also have the chance to participate in a range of extracurricular activities such as language and music, as well as physical education programs. This not only enhances their cognitive development but also contributes to their physical and mental health.

Meet the Centre Manager for Atherstone

My name is Krish Walsh and I am the Centre Manager for Aspire Atherstone. I started at Aspire in April 2024, and worked in my previous Centre for 18 years. I have been working in childcare for the last 24 years within numerous roles, and have been a Center Manger for the last 7 years. I am very passionate about the Early Education industry and love working with children and witnessing them develop their personalities. As a mother of three myself I enjoy watching children play, develop and flourish in Early childhood.

In my spare time, I love to read, go on long walks and go camping with my family. I am excited to be part of the Atherstone team and begin my journey here!
