CHECK before you book a service call
You may be able to fix your problem yourself or keep service costs to a minium using the tips below...
- Is the power on to the unit?
- Is the pilot light burning?
- Is the wall control set to the correct mode?
- Is there an Error Code on the wall control?
- Is the Pump/Cool function turned on?
I carry the basic, commonly-required parts to repair your ducted heater or evaporative cooler during the first visit. However, if a non-standard part is required, I'll order the part and arrange to return to complete the work as soon as possible.
