After searching the local market for a real estate agent in the Macedon Ranges to sell our property, we found that Helen’s knowledge and experience in the area was incredibly valuable. Helen never made us feel pressured or set any expectations on us, and was always honest and respectful in her suggestions and comments about the reality of selling a property.

One thing I’d highly suggest to anyone reading this review is to please do your research on who you want to use. Another local realtor in the MR valued our property at $45k less than what Helen did.. Our property sold in 3 weeks, so Helen’s estimated value was right on target and not at all ‘over expectations’ or trying to just ‘money grab’. As a young family I still feel sick thinking about what money we may have lost if we didn’t have Helen’s understanding of the current market.
