I help burnout modern working women to find balance in life through yoga. I believe that by attaining optimal physical and mental well-being, you can unlock your true potential and thrive in all aspects of life!
As a former management consultant (and now, a yoga instructor) who's been down the corporate path, I've personally felt the toll it can take on your well-being. Stress, fatigue, weight gain, or burnout - you name it. This is why I'm here: to help you overcome these challenges.
My expertise lies in teaching yoga to individuals of all levels, with a special focus on beginners. I take pride in building strong foundations for your practice through personalised techniques. My approach is all about creating a safe, enjoyable, and personalised experience (with manageable challenges at times), so you can achieve holistic wellness in the healthiest way possible.
Whether you prefer face-to-face or online classes, I'm ready to accommodate your preferences. I am Malaysian Chinese based in Sydney, Australia.
