Harvest Launceston Community Farmers’ Market – or Harvest to locals – is a Launceston icon. Since 2012, Harvest has been the focal point for the community, showcasing the very best of local primary produce and handmade food that is truly paddock-to-plate. Sold to you by the growers and makers themselves, every Saturday rain hail or shine.
Over 70 Local Businesses
Harvest Market is the Saturday home of over 70 local businesses that include organic primary producers, value-adders, chefs, producers, butchers and bakers. But no candlestick makers. You can’t eat a candle, so you can’t sell them at Harvest. Harvest has hosted 135 local businesses since 2012, with many going on to become local icons.

Harvest Market is a not-for-profit community organisation, run almost entirely by volunteers. From the board to the ground and everywhere in between, these people turn out for for their community because they love it. Pure and Simple.
