When we receive an enquiry, we get your name, address, email and phone number. We talk to you about system sizes (price is not discussed) and what your requirements are (save money, go off-grid) if you would like a battery or EV charger further down the track.
Booking
A panel layout is produced, approx. ROI and pricing in the form of a quote, this emailed over with the following call in next few days, to see if you received it. We then book in the job and take 20% deposit, arrange a date for installation.
Installation
After or during installation, Ross will visit the site, to set up monitoring and talk to you, to make sure you are satisfied with the services.
