Exceptional service! Tim called to advise he was going to be early. Tim took photos of the work he performed and sent them through. We also had our solar panels cleaned and gutters cleaned. Both jobs were completed that exceeded our expectations. Also, we booked online on a Sunday and both jobs were completed the next day… Awesome! This is the 2nd year that Tom has cleaned the large number of windows in our house and they are beautifully clear and sparkling again. He is not only friendly and polite, but he did some “extras” by cleaning the wardrobe sliding doors in 4 rooms AND he taught us how to remove and wash our white (ugh) horizontal blinds. I’ve used Brett and his team for a number of years now, cleaning the windows at work, and most recently having the roof cleaned at home. They are professional, on time, do a great job and I think represent value for money. Given the day Tom cleaned our roof was the hottest day in February and it’s a bright white colour bond roof, I can’t believe he had the stamina to get in done in one go. My neighbour was concerned enough to keep checkin on him too! I have recommended ICU to family and friends, and have no hesitation in doing so.

I have used ICU on several occasion (Tom) last year on our property. I didn’t think windows could come up that clean. We have just done major renovations and needed all windows cleaned as a matter of urgency. Contacted Brett, who advised that he was very busy, but would see what he could do for me. We have a large high set house and the cleaning of the gutters is always an issue. Tom came and used a safety harness and a pressure cleaner and the gutters were cleaned like new. He also ensured that debris blown out of the gutters was picked up. Great job, will get ICU again next time and would recommend to anyone else.

ICU did a great job on the exterior of our house. This included the cleaning roof, solar panels and gutters, washing the outside of the house, windows and pressure cleaning all paths and driveways, which are now back to their original colour. Brett is thoroughly professional and went to great lengths to ensure everything was just right.

Brett went over and above in meeting a short deadline .. In fact my deadline of by the end of the week was well and truly met , he was here and did inside and outside of my second level windows . Brett then juggled a tight schedule and managed to come back on Friday (still within my real estate deadline ) and clean my tiles by the pool. The difference is unbelievable, to any potential buyers it looks like they have just been laid!

My Neighbour and I decided that it was high time we both had our windows cleaned, and we both had been impressed by a very catchy sign displayed on the side of the road as we drove through Kenmore on the way to the city.
The sign said “ICU WINDOW CLEANING” – we decided to ask for a quote as we both thought that the people who would think up a name like that would have to be young and energetic and looking for business,
This proved to be correct and the young couple who arrived were enthusiastic, personable, friendly and respectful. They got the job!
They were careful, helpful, thorough and generally most pleasant to have in the house. They certainly went the extra mile as far as I am concerned, and I would sincerely recommend them for any cleaning job they agreed to undertake.
I wish them every success in the future, knowing that with their work ethic and enthusiasm they cannot fail to succeed in anything they choose to undertake.

Tom has done several cleaning jobs for me after his name was passed in it me. The fence looked brand new after Tom persevered with a really tough job. He cleaned the windows which also looked fantastic. He was prompt, courteous and professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
