Customers Testimonials

"Food is consistently good and every dish considering I've tried 70% of the menu is either above average or outstanding. It's rare to find a Japanese restaurant with a unique twist but this place does it brilliantly!"

Ishiya Japanese Stonegrill is probably one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. We went last night and had the four person set menu. Each Dish was unique and delicious and the Wagyu the best meat I have ever tasted. The service could not have been better. Can not recommend this more highly.

"Great service makes such a difference when dining out. Someone greeting you at the door, taking you through the menu, making suggestions and checking on you during your meal. [It went] from just a plate of food to a memorable experience."

"What impressed me the most about Ishiya was the innovation of some of the dishes. I was already impressed with the quality cuts of meat, but their a la carte menu had some options that used contemporary presentation techniques with flavours that skirted around sweet, savoury, sour and citrus. "
