My goal is to ultimately become a ‘Lifestyle coach’ which follows the idea of helping people improve their overall health through physical activity, exercise, nutrition and mindset. I want to help people enjoy being active, and due to that philosophy, I utilize a variety of equipment and exercises to find the best workout and routine for my clients.
