You read that right. We like to make every client’s home building experience unique. So, we don’t charge our clients extra for a custom home build or off-plan home build.
The prices of the homes we build are the same whether you choose to build the model home plans we provide or choose to make changes to the plans we provide. There aren’t even custom-build charges if you come to us with your own plan, or want to work with our new construction designers on a custom build plan.
At KIBA Built, we believe that our clients should only receive the upgrades and additional features they want in their home. And you shouldn’t pay for things you don’t want. Sometimes, that means going off-plan or working directly with you on a completely new home build plan.
We have access to some of the best custom build plan designers and we can work with you to create a custom home build plan that suits your taste at no extra charge.*
* Some plans will attract higher council rates etc. but Kiba wont charge an additional fee to build a custom plan.
No, we don’t only do residential building and repairs. We also offer strata building servicing for body corporates and civil maintenance services. This includes additional building services such as remedial building services.
