No, Lasik Eye surgery doesn’t hurt afterwards. Before the procedure, your ophthalmologist will apply anaesthetic drops to your eyes so you can’t feel any discomfort. Lasik surgery is completely blade-free, so you will not need any stitches. Once the anaesthetic has worn off, your eye or eyes might feel a bit gritty or watery for a couple of hours, but you shouldn’t be in any pain.
