I found Outdoor Living Direct via a google search. I was skeptical about the photos and prices, but felt that it was worth travelling an hour to see the shop anyway. The staff at the store were very helpful and gave excellent advice, so I ended up purchasing a Kakadu pod chair in black and red (which was as beautiful as the photo online suggested). The chair was delivered exactly when we had organised it to be. Everyone who comes to our home comments on how beautiful the pod chair is. It completely finishes off our courtyard. It's not only gorgeous, but incredibly comfortable to the point that our stand-offish-cats will actually sit with us when we're in it. We were amazed at the value for money, especially when comparing it to the equivalents in Bunnings and Masters. The shop is quite a distance from where we live, but I will be making the journey again soon. I'm loving the look and price of their Acapulco chairs!

I bought an Outdoor Setting from your Warrigal Road store on 27/1/18. I had a terrific lady (Marnie D) serve me and help me with my purchase. She was great and my purchase ticked all my boxes. Then I advised I was coming to pick-up the setting. I actually had to do two trips because i have a Subaru station wagon. In addition to the helpful Marnie D, the young man (Jack) out the back in pick-up section was fabulous. He went above and beyond in helpfulness. I enjoyed my interaction with him tremendously. Never made me feel I was a bother. I want to recommend him highly. Clare

We popped in on Friday and Karen immediately greeted us and came to assist us. Karen was extremely patient and knowledgeable as we debated lots of options and went out of her way to ensure that we would get delivery exactly when we needed. Karen’s customer service was outstanding - no question was too annoying or daft, and she really is an asset to Outdoor Living Direct, she was amazing. Table and chairs arrived THE NEXT DAY (we wanted something in stock) and it’s really great quality and looks fantastic in our garden. It is an excellent product and we were delighted we could mix and match the chairs to get a great price as a complete unit. We had already been to Bunnings, BBQ Galore and Freedom - I wouldn’t be going there ever again and would come to Karen first.
