We all know that eating cookie dough can be better than eating the cookie.

Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup peanut butter (or any nut or seed butter)
• 1/2 cup protein powder
• 1 cup almond meal or almond flour
• 1/2 cup choc chips (@pana_organic )
• 1/3-1/2 cup pure maple syrup
Method:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl except for the choc chips.
2. Mix well, then fold through the choc chips.
3. Roll into little balls (should make about 14-16 balls)
4. Refrigerate or freeze. Either is fine, if frozen you’ll need to thaw.
Notes:
You can make it as a slice and press it into a tray if you prefer not to roll.

Delicious Plant-Based Anzac Biscuits by @____lovelauren
You’ll need:
150g gluten-free flour
80g desiccated coconut
90g gluten-free oats
90g Pana dark chocolate chips
110g caster sugar
55g brown sugar
125g vegan butter
2T golden syrup
1 1/2 tbs boiling water
1/2 tsp bicarb of soda
Preheat oven to 180C.
Mix together the flour, coconut, oats, and both sugars
Melt the butter and golden syrup in a separate bowl, place aside until cooled down in temperature.
Mix together the boiling water and bicarb of soda and add to wet ingredients.
Add all wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until thoroughly combined.
Add in chocolate chips and mix until combined.
Using an ice cream scoop, scoop roughly 2tbs of the mixture into a ball and place them on a baking tray. (Bigger the balls = bigger the biscuits).
Bake for 12 mins and enjoy!
TIP: Place biscuit balls fairly spread apart as biscuits will spread when baking
