We have smaller classes, to help ensure that each participant will get the chance to receive personalised attention and support as they learn. We offer adult classes for adult swimmers of any skill level, and let babies swim free at 4 and 5 months old.

At our Ringwood location we offer a ‘quiet hour.’

During this hour there are less swimmers, less noise, and less distractions, to help special needs swimmers participate in swim programs without becoming overstimulated. These lessons are a great way to support any swimmers who need that extra help in the swimming pool developing their survival skills and swimming skills.

A unique program we offer at Paul Sadler Swimland Ringwood is our teen classes. Although they follow the same structure as our adult lessons, these swim lessons are only for teenagers and a great way to make teens feel more comfortable in group lessons.

We also offer baby and toddler classes for children aged 4 months to 3 years, learn to swim classes for children over 3 years, swim programs for school holidays, and our adult classes for adults of any skill level.

Unlike many swim schools, all of our teachers go above and beyond the basic qualifications and have up to 200 hours of training before they start to teach children swimming lessons. Even our least experienced teachers are of the highest quality.
