  Retaining wall installation incomplete with no drainage provided or installed, but geo-fabric and aggi-poly pipe left on site, telling us to drill the holes we want where we want them and to install ourselves. Box drains found blocked with cement and silt all the way to street gutter, needed a plumber to unblock. Major changes to approved plans changed without prior consultation or notice. House foundation drainage ripped out by digging machine and not repaired or replaced. Professionally landscaped gardens on the front of the house, which were NOT the site of installation, absolutely wrecked. Mountain of 1 x 1 unmixed cement powder left on black plastic sheet killing of grass. Thick layer of cement dust still visible on beds and lawns 2 weeks after sign off. Operator refuses to make good. We have honored conditions of contract in a timely manner, despite our dissatisfaction, partly due to fear of retaliation, given his violent reaction when these issues were raised with him. All invoices to complete and remedy the above, will be presented to this company for payment. QBCC complaint is being prepared and application with QCAT, should he not honor the invoices in full. It is a disgrace how they treated my client, this job, and myself. I can absolutely NOT recommend his risky services to others, especially if they are female.

  This comment is outrageous Ever since I started the job this lady had been a nightmare to deal with her as she has zero experience in the building industry. The communication was terrible she wouldn’t even meet me on site for a second time because apparently it wasn’t in her quote to the client I went above and beyond to keep the owners happy to produce a quality job, witch they where clearly happy with hence why I got paid straight away As per Comment about breaking plumbing work I can assure you that this is unfounded The comment regarding damaging foundations Doesn’t even make sense because there wasn’t any work performed on the existing house That goes to show again that she has zero experience in the building industry I really hope that this doesn’t effect on going work for me as I am a small business owner and take pride In my work as you can see with my previous reviews all 5star But hey unfortunately you can’t keep everyone happy
