    We use only high-quality, organic, and natural products. Our selection ensures no irritation or allergic reactions, keeping your pet’s skin and coat healthy and beautiful.

    The frequency of grooming can vary depending on the breed, lifestyle, and coat type. We recommend discussing this during your pet’s initial consultation for a tailored grooming schedule.

  • How long does a grooming session take?

    A typical grooming session ranges from 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the service chosen and your pet’s specific needs. Matted hair or more intricate styles may require additional time.

  • How do you manage aggressive dogs during grooming?

    For the safety of all, aggressive dogs must wear a muzzle. We do not sedate pets. If a dog shows aggression, we will stop grooming and contact you for collection. The full grooming cost is still applicable.

  • Can I stay with my dog during the grooming process?

    While you’re welcome to stay, we find that dogs are often more relaxed when their owners are not present. This helps us ensure a calm and efficient grooming experience.

  • Can you provide advice on coat maintenance between grooming sessions?

    Absolutely! We’ll offer personalised advice and a care plan for your pet after their first grooming session, helping you maintain their coat’s health and appearance between visits.
