Please Note:

Due to the rising costs of maintaining a medical practice, we have found it necessary to introduce some changes to our billing structure to ensure we can continue providing you with high-quality care.

Please be aware that as of January 1, 2023, SIA Medical Croydon has transitioned to a *mixed billing* clinic.

We want to assure you that certain patient groups will still receive bulk billing for general consultations:

• Individuals who identify as Torres Strait Islander or Aboriginal
• Children under the age of sixteen
• Holders of Healthcare Cards
• Holders of pension cards (those over 65 and those receiving disability support)
• Holders of DVA Cards

For all other patients and for additional consultations and treatments, there will be an out-of-pocket fee. Additionally, all telehealth consultations will now require an upfront payment.

We understand that changes like these can be challenging, and we are committed to supporting you through this transition. Thank you for your understanding and continued trust in our care.

The Medicare rebate will be processed at the time of payment and credited to the bank account associated with your Medicare account.

Cancellation Policy: Please provide 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. You will not be charged for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance.
