The Bar Dream is Back for 2024!
At some point everyone has dreamt of owning their own bar. We’ve all been in a bar and imagined that “we could do it better”. This is the inspiration behind The Bar Dream, a chance for people to live this dream and set up and run their own “dream bar” without having to give up their day job.
What’s On
There’s something on every night at The Carlton. Come in for a rooftop cocktail, dine in our restaurant and get carried away dancing all night long.
Dining
Our kitchen is open seven days a week, offering a revolving menu of tapas and sharing plates, mains, burgers, gastropub favourites and desserts for enjoyment across the entire venue.
Sipping
Fancy a drink on the rooftop, our balcony or in the comfort of a booth? Our cocktail, beer, spirit and wine lists are updated regularly.
Dancing
Lose yourself to dance! DJs spinning til late across the venue from Wednesday – Sunday nights. Free Entry every night, it’s the perfect place to bring your birthday party.
Functions
Book a tour of our private spaces with capacity for up to 300 patrons. Christmas and EOFY parties, corporate/work events, launches, music/film industry nights, fashion/arts parties and more…
