Just thought that I would write to let you know how fantastic my new hoop is.
What a difference having the correct size and weight makes in being able to use and keep a hula hoop going!!! And how much fun it is!!
I certainly can see that the use of the hula hoop is a very very good exercise tool and gives a fabulous workout, certainly equals the intensity of one of my gym classes.
Thank you so very much for your prompt service, wonderful product and also for checking the personalisation that I had requested on my hoop.

Our standard hoops are:
Small: 72cm diameter and approx 270 grams. Great for kids aged 3 - 6 years.
Medium: 82cm and approx 350 grams. Medium standard is good for 7 - 11 years.
Large: 92cm and approx 380 grams. Standard large is good for 12 - Adult and doing tricks.
For adults who want to tone their core muscles and burn some calories we also have:
Weighted Medium: 82cm and approx 420 grams.
Weighted Large: 92cm and approx 480 grams. The best option for new hoopers.
