My experience with Trinity Manor has been very positive. From Mum’s initial admission for respite to transferring to permanent care the service, process and paperwork were relatively easy. Mum and our family have found the staff caring and responsive and most importantly Mum is currently happy, feels safe and engaged in activities most days. She’s enjoying the meals and her new room. All of these things are important to us as a family.

I’m happy to report we are more than happy with the care mum is receiving. She has high praise for the staff, their kindness,care and respect shown to her. As it has been towards me and all family members on our visits.

Mums transition into aged care at Trinity has been made very comfortable, thanks to yourself and the staff.
