(2) A photo of the worst looking or damaged areas from a distance.

(3) The total size of the area such as the meters square (m2) of decking, number of steps, lineal meter (lm) of handrails, size of garage door, lineal meter (lm) of fence etc.

(4) If repairs are to be done please include the dimensions and species if known. A decking description may be: 90mm wide x 19mm thick Kempas.

Please note: To get the square meter total of a floor space, simply break the area up the floor into squares/rectangles, then measure one wall by the other such as a room that is has two 3 meter length walls and two 5 meter length walls times 3 x 5 = 15 m2.
