Hi, I’m Zoe, and I love helping my clients achieve the results they want for themselves and their life.

It makes my heart swell when they discover that the struggle is over, and their subconscious mind is now working FOR them instead of against them. There is nothing like seeing the ‘lightness’ of people as the burden of past traumas or habits are lifted of their shoulders and they walk out of here smiling and confident.

I wasn’t always a hypnotherapist. I’ve had a varied career and my share of struggles. I’ve probably faced many of the same problems as you. I’ve been anxious, overweight and addicted to unhealthy behaviours – but not anymore, and not ever again.

My clients enjoy visiting my little oasis here in the Moreton Bay area. Many of my hypnotherapy clients come from the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane areas for face to face sessions but don’t worry if you live somewhere else in Australia or even the world – Rapid Transformational Therapy is quite effective via Zoom!

I recently had a session with Zoe and was curious and open to her hypnotherapy session. My main aim was to understand and remove my emotional eating. Interestingly, Zoe took me to 3 past moments in my childhood where I was still carrying pain from. While it was an emotional experience it was also very enlightening and freeing. I had a session with Zoe 21 days ago. I have been listening to the recording every day. I really feel that it is working for me in regards to weight loss. I recently had a session with Zoe around weight loss. It was Great. Zoe is so warm and welcoming and makes you feel comfortable, explains how it all works and what to expect.It has only been 21 days since my session and I have had some great results. While I still drink the occasional soft drink I do not have the craving for it like I used to and actually prefer water now. I'm making better choices around what food I eat and do not eat as much as I used to. 100% recommend.

You ask, we answer

Each Rapid Transformational Therapy session lasts between 90 minutes to 2 hours. For that reason, I ask that you be available for a full 2 hours – diarise it in your calendar to make sure you’re not rushed. In terms of how many sessions – many people experience significant changes in just 1 to 3 sessions!

The experience feels different for different people. Some people feel a floating sensation, some do not. Others may feel sleepy, some do not. Most people feel relaxed and at ease. What’s most important is to know that how you feel isn’t an indicator of how effective it is. Regardless of what it feels like – it’s working.

No! That’s an old wives’ tale. And I can’t make you cluck like a chicken either – unless you really want to! You are in complete control the whole time. You can talk, move your body, get a tissue, even get up and leave (I’ve had clients who had to stop to go to the bathroom!). If our call gets disconnected you may drift into sleep if you’re really relaxed, but eventually you will notice that you’re not hearing my voice any longer and will open your eyes.

There are three types of change from Rapid Transformational Therapy – every person is different:
1. Immediate: You feel a massive shift right away – immediate changes in your physiology, thoughts and behaviours happen right in the session.
2. Incremental: You see consistent shifts every day, or over time.
3. Retroactive: You don’t see the shifts right away and then one day, you suddenly look back and see all of the things that are different (in a positive way) in your life.

Hypnosis is not magic – it’s science! It works by creating a burst of brain waves that are the same as when you’re in REM. This is what allows you to access the subconscious mind and put it to work at releasing negative emotions, limiting beliefs and fears. Here we also create positive beliefs that help you heal in mind and body and achieve your desired outcomes. It’s very easy and anyone can do it – you will see this for yourself when you experience it.

Don’t worry about how far ‘under’ you go. I want you to forget all about that. It’s really not important. The depth of trance is not linked to results at all. So don’t get stuck on “Am I deep enough?” Just tell yourself the truth – “This is working” and it will absolutely work. Just enjoy how very effective this process is in helping you resolve any issues.

What makes RTT amazing is that even if you think you know the reason, you get to see it in a COMPLETELY new way. This is what allows you to change the meaning and ultimately, change your beliefs. Many clients go back to scenes that are totally different from what they expected. Just relax and trust that your subconscious mind will show you exactly what you need to see.

If you go back to scenes from your life that are related to things like sexual or physical abuse, or other trauma, it’s important to remember that you are not reliving that scene, you are simply reviewing it and that you are safe. I will support you and create a safe space for you to express your emotions and heal. You will be okay; this is a natural and normal part of the process.
