We went here to buy our basic needs for our new baby (cot, mattress, pram, car seat, etc) We got a good deal as we were buying a number of items and the lady there was really helpful with demonstrating how the products work and suggesting which products to buy. However, I was really disappointed once we had paid the money for the products - the lack of service when it came to loading the car. Here I am - 8 1/2 months pregnant with my husband, trying to load these items into the car! Never again!!

Every time that I have visited this store, the sales assistant has been excellent. I approached this store out of interest and found the entire range linen for my nursery laid out beautifully. The prices were easy to identify and the sales assistant placed an order for me. She rang me when it came in (promptly) and everything was there perfectly packaged with no fuss.
