Poor customer service seems to be what they now consider 'normal' and acceptable'
Having previously dealt with them, IpPlaced a set of orders following one of their numerous 'special deals' back in February with an indicator of 2-3 week delivery. Despite numerous email contact they still have not delivered. The latest email contained following verbatim statement from them ' am sorry you are not happy with my reply, but i offered you a refund as i could tell you were not happy and knew you wanted your books and we have a delay, i understand you want your product now, but so do all of our other customers who are waiting and some have been waiting before you, trust me i understand your annoyance, i hear from all of our customers every day and i am doing the best i can to get orders out as quickly as possible'.;. Not even the courtesy of a Name to their email.

Approximate cost: $40

I had a photobook printed through 123cheese and it is fantastic.
So many of my friends have complimented it and I have recommended this company to them all.
The software is so easy to use and the book looks just as it was when I designed it, colours and sharpness are perfect as well (and I am pretty picky with my own photos)
