1800 Computers

My computer had suddenly died last week and I did a request online for a quote, however, they didn't get back to me so I called them the next day. Serkan was very friendly and apologised and said they would be able to give me a free quote.
Serkan was excellent and very thorough while checking what was wrong (he double checked and triple checked) before he came to the conclusion that the power supply was busted. He gave me a quote on the price and the cost of the service, which I found very reasonable and got my computer back on track within 10 minutes.
Impressed with the service and that Serkan got straight to fixing the computer. Very happy customer and would definitely return!

Very helpful and friendly technician arrived on time and started to secure our wifi network. He was very knowledgeable and talked us through what he is doing and what it meant. It took him about an hour to not only secure the wireless internet, but to set up all our computers as well. Would recommend 1800computers to everyone!

I would happily recommend Serkan to anyone. He did more than I asked because he could see it would make a difference to my laptop and didn;t even charge me for it. I also appreciated the time he spent to make sure I understood everything. Nice bloke too.

I took my Dell 1737 Studio laptop there because over time the left hinge broke and eventually it was coming off thanks to my kids and the screen wouldn't fold or close and the keyboard had few keys not working . Windows wasn't genuine and kaspersky internet security wasn't working. Before I could believe what he said I was in a shock! He said he would get the back plate, left hinge and front bezel of the lcd screen which was all broken and falling off, replace the keyboard, make windows genuine and install new kaspersky 2013 for $225. what a shocker! Not only that he said he would get it ready the folllowing day before 2 pm. I was shocked and very happy ofcourse - and indeed he did it all as promised. Couldn't be happier. I totally recommend this guy for all your laptop repairs.

I had my IBM thinkpad t41 looked at, few computer shops couldn't locate the problem and kept formatting and updating drivers and this guy he immediately found it was the video card and showed me where the problem was. I had special business programs on it and couldn't install it on a new computer, so he arranged a replacement laptop same age and transferred the hard drive over, now I have a 2nd laptop for spare parts - thanks a lot and you've saved me a lot of hassle and time.
