In mid December my old split system Air Con unit died. I contacted several certified AC installers to quote on a new install, they knocked me back saying the job was too difficult due to two sets of narrow stairs & the location of the internal unit, directly above a bend in the stairs. I found 2 Masters through a friend of a friend. A technician came to my home, looked at the job & said " yes we can do this next week" Their office sent me a quote: Supplying the latest Mitsubishi 7 KW. And installing it. which included removing the old 50 Kilo external & 18 kilo internal units. Two installers arrived on time & did the job. They were very careful with not marking the internal walls, they had drop sheets to protect the floor. They removed all the old stuff & cleaned up before they left. I can't say enough positive things about 2 Masters. Last but certainly not least they beat every other price quote for the Mitsubishi AC unit.

I can highly recommend 2 Masters. I have just had 2 split systems installed with the removal of an existing split system and an old box style air conditioner. They respond quickly to emails, they show up on time and have provided great advice. The cost was very reasonable and the team who did the installation were lovely. They also plastered my wall as requested and cleaned up beautifully afterwards.

2 Masters were great, quick turn around time from initial call to coming to quote and then to install.

Team did a great job and used their brains when installing (recommended to mount one of the exterior units higher on the wall so that it would create better access to the area), they also found some faults with old wiring and switchboard which they fixed for us.

They were clean and efficient, highly recommend!
