David responded to me and organised my job within minutes. His team Nick and Ryan were friendly, practical, hard working and really professional. This is the first time to use 4U service. I confirmed the time with them several times, but I waited for 4 hours and [redacted due to personal identifer] put me in the position to say if I wanted to cancel it. They finished the moving until 9:30 pm at night. Two boys told me this is their fifth job of the day.

Quote was for a 4 tonne truck (others had wanted to send a larger truck even though I had specified exactly what needed to be moved) which was just the right size.

Two very nice guys showed up about 15 minutes late (they would have been on time if the boss had given them the correct address) and carefully loaded all the furniture into the truck, made sure it was all secured properly and carefully unloaded at the other end. Cannot fault the service and the charge was LESS than quoted because the job didn't take the amount of time originally estimated. Thanks to David, Ben and your offsider whose name I didn't get.

Alex and Ben did a great job on a rainy day with no fuss, right in time, having had to pick up and move furniture from three households on the way.
The price was most reasonable too.
Nothing was too much trouble for these two cheerful guys.
