I highly recommend Natascha as the best massage therapist I have ever had for all my "ageing" aches and pains. She assesses the individual's need and works on that specific area, and then will recommend exercises to assist in your recovery. Not only is Natascha a fantastic massage therapist, but she is interested in your general well being and I have found her suggestions for my overall health to be very beneficial.
