Troy provided a service that allowed me to leave my knives out for sharpening and left me an account to pay. There was great communication and confirmation. I would highly recommend Troy.
Super happy with Troy’s expertise and the professional service he provided on Friday. I might not be a professional chef but I am part Italian so I do love to cook and I love my knives. The quality workmanship and care taken in restoring them to their former edge was second to none and I was really surprised in how inexpensive and prompt the service was. Thank you so much Troy, you forgot to leave some cards but don’t worry I will recommend you and be back next time they need sharpening. Really happy with the result- thank you. Mariza 005

Great job...regular communication with Troy who was on time and professional. It makes it so easy him coming to you to do the job. I definitely recommend Wicked Edge for all your sharpening needs.

Troy has been sharpening our knives at the cafe for a few years now. He has also done a great job replacing the tip on our our Shun chefs knife.

What a fabulous service, I had intended to have my knives sharpened for ages but did not know where to take them...I heard an add on the radio and thought I must call these people....Our knives are so well sharpened, my job is so much easier...at a very reasonable price
I highly recommend Troy, as a professional chef I had let my knives get to blunt. Now my knives have never been so sharp.
The service and value for monies is top shelf and recommend all to use his services.
