I feel comfortable going here, as there's no need to have matching gym wear.
You get a doctor's referral then they set up a consultation appointment, where they assess you and set up a range of exercises and machine work, according to your physical ability.
Open Monday to Friday, with a cost of $13 per hourly session. There are no membership fees, just pay as you go. If you buy a group of 10 sessions, there is no expiry date .
It can also be claimed on your private health.
The physios are very helpful and friendly too.
They offer late sessions (5-7pm) on Tuesday and Thursdays.

my Doctor suggested I would benefit from attending the above clinic and I went not knowing what to expect. From the first visit I felt at ease and was grateful to be able to be given a program to follow in the gym. Supervision and guidance in the gym was good as I never been to a gym before and would not have known how to use the equipment the correct way. As a type two diabetic I can appreciate the benefits.
