The owner of this surgery, Steve, is by far the best vet we have ever taken our pets to. He takes his time to listen and discuss the best treatment for your pet with great care. You will never feel rushed out that door. You will leave knowing exactly what is involved in all the options for your pet's treatment and that both you and your pet's best interests have been considered. Steve really takes the time to get to know both the animals and people who visit his surgery, while providing a very high level of medical care, including surgery if required. A truly outstanding vet!

I have told everyone I know who has a pet about this veterinary surgery. We have only been going there for a year, but when the vet treats your pet as if it is the only pet in the world, that says something. We have lived in many areas of Queensland so we have seen many vets with our pets, but Stephen Lindores would have to be out there on his own and streets ahead of the others. His compassionate nature and his attention to detail, so that you leave knowing exactly what is going on makes us feel that he truly loves our pet as much as we do. I have no doubt the other vets are the same as the surgery is always full. We have seen some good vets over the years, but here you will always find GREAT vets.

This is the only place I go too, lovely service by all staff, they make your pets feel at ease from the moment you open the door....
They have a puppy preschool, groomer's upstairs and also are able to do house calls.

We had our boy pup almost die due to bloat. We said we want nothing but the best for him. I believe that to be true. They saved our little man and had fantastic after care with constant nurses 24/7 this place should receive a medal. You guys are the best of the best emergency clinics for animals i have ever seen! It costs a good whack of money, but worth every cent to us. This is the Albany Emergency Vet not the vet/vet.

overall I think the staff and vets here are really nice and very caring. the vet we see always remembers who I am when I walk in there and asks how my cat is, when i go in to buy cat food. my cat got diabetes recently and they were very helpful with diet tips and everything.

I have had mixed experiences at this surgery. I have seen some young and inexperienced vets who have not resolved my dogs' health issues, and I have seen more experienced staff who have been helpful. Some staff have been very caring, and others are just obviously out to take your money with little regard for the animals. Wherever possible, I drive all the way back over to our old vet at Mt Ommaney on the westside of Brisbane to receive the outstanding care and treatment that I expect from a vet. My overall experience of this business is disappointing and I try to avoid taking my two dogs there where possible.

Oh they are the ones I can feel the most comfortable to let my little baby,, yes my Dog, to be treated. They have reminder services for shots, flea and warm treatment through thier website. They are really nice animal lovers, really show that they care.

This premises has very dedicated caring Vets. and staff.They not only care about your animal by also about your feelings for wanting the best for your pet.Our dog has been under their care for many years. Steve & Andi give the best treatment and care to your pet. Over the past couple of years our dog has visited often because of old age as well as having cancer. I would have no hesitation in recommending these people for your pet's care.
