I placed an order of over $400 1.5 months ago and still have not received my order. Tried contacting Baby Kingdom and every time they say the order is being sent, apparently its been on back order. The website states that all the products I ordered were in stock but they didn’t have the product in stock.
I will never purchase from Baby Kingdom again and will share this news with everyone I know who will need baby supplies.
Absolutely outrageous.

Absolutely worst service at the Bankstown store, they have no consideration for people who are ready to purchase - we went in to purchase a high chair, which our salesperson had to check was in stock and it turned out the other family also looking at chairs had also asked their salesperson about same chair. We were already at the counter ready to pay when they confirmed there was only one in stock. The other salesperson who seemed senior to ours and clearly wanted to make a sale claimed it for the other family even though they were STILL looking at high chairs, comparing prices and asking questions about other chairs and were obviously still trying to make up their mind. Obviously the sales person serving the other family wanted to make a sale, even though we had been ahead of them in line and were ready to buy on the spot. The salesperson we had could not have cared less and failed to offer an apology or an alternative resolution. When questioned, she made up an excuse saying that the other family had “pre-purchased” when it was obvious they clearly hadn’t as they were still looking at other chairs. This was our first time at Baby Kingdom and we will not be returning, nor will we be recommending this place to any of our friends.

I always purchase my muslin wraps from Baby Kingdom for my baby bouquets. There website is easy to navigate and ordering is really easy. There shipping and delivery is very efficient. I have never had any issues with Baby Kingdom, and I will definitely be purchasing from them again in the near future.

they have lots of things for baby-kids. it is one of famous store in sydney. they have sale different brands always.

We found alot of things here we liked but they were so slow with service and had to check with other staff everytime we asked questions. Disappointing. We ended up frustrated and bought it all from an oposition store. Its a shame because a friend told me they were great. Each to their own i guess

I love this shop i have had my baby registry set up here i have told so many people to go there and buy there baby stuff it is set out beautifully.

This is one of the smaller Baby Kingdom stores around but they still stock most things. They were very helpful to order something in for me and I received it in quicker time than I expected,

very helpful sales assistance and service. everything you ask...they be able to tell you in detail...and even if you want to buy the product...they will advice u whether it is good or not

Being a 1st time mum, I got alot of great advice and they even walked around with me to help me put together a great package for all my baby's needs. I got Baby's cot, pram, steraliser, sheets and bath and change table from there at a good and affordable price. The friendly staff even helped my husband load all the goods into the car... which I find is fantastic service! Even if I buy a box of nappies and I am pushing the pram, the staff have even offered to help me to the car!

I love this place and bought everything for both children here. The service is great and the staff really know what they are talking about. They also have a really good return/exchange policy if you have bought the wrong thing or colour!!!
