This is like a second home. The teachers are knowledgable and friendly. The owner, Maggie - she's amazing and uplifting in nature.

I was really happy to find this business. Being new to Victoria I was pleased to find the studio so close to home! Walking in there and being greeted by friendly staff helped too! The instructor remembering everybody's names and correcting postures as you went was even better! The price for an introductory month was excellent, and overall I was thrilled with my class.

Approximate cost: $39 introductory month

Best introductory offer around. $19 for 10 days unlimited classes. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly and explain everything when you first sign up. Place is hygienic and has showers and lockers free for use. Nicely situated near public transport ( train station and buses) and also a shopping center. You will feel great after a class, its invigorating.

As soon as i discovered this place and started doing yoga here i instantly fell in love with it.
I do warn however, it's not for the faint of heart. Temperatures are quite high up to 40 degrees and although the room is large it is still quite cramped due to the high numbers of people who attend.
The instructors carefully observe you to let you know if you are doing well or what to improve on, they even remember your name.
A great place to get started and keep motivated.

Approximate cost: $1 casual class is $19

This is a yoga for all abilities, it is the best thing you can do for your body and soul. I practice religiously twice a week, this is my addiction. The instructors guide you through your practice and are an inspiration. Maggie owns the studio and is very hands on (and heart on).

Great. This yoga can change your life.

Really nice quality dedicated yoga space. Very cheap if you get a bulk pass. I've done a lot of Yoga and I can tell you the Bikram style and the teachers at this Bikram centre are very good quality. Especially Maggie who is the owner. She Rocks.

You really have to push yourself to get through a class because of the heat.

It is very cheap for the services offered. E.g. Heated rooms and showers means they have much higher costs than other yoga places that only need to provide a space. However they are the same price as other yoga classes for casual classes and really cheap if you bulk buy.

Try the sixty day challenge. Come to class six days a week for two consecutive months and get one month free. I haven't done it yet but will give it a try soon.

I absolutely love going to yoga here. It is yoga in a 37 degree room. Hot Hot Hot! The business has only been in this location for the last couple of years and because it is fairly new the building is quite modern and looks really good. The staff are really helpful and welcoming.
