The cake making lady (whose name escapes me) sat with me for over an hour, discussing my options for a wedding cake. She went through with me and let me know what would be the cheapest option for me. She gave me other things to think about, to make the cake cheaply as possible. She was not interested in a quick sale, she was more interested in giving me exactly what I wanted, with value for money.
