I don't normally do reviews but felt compelled to do this one.

I contacted David about a supposed gas leak in the oven at a rental. The emergency plumber had been out to to identify and isolate the leak. David always returned my calls when he couldn't answer. He arrives at the allotted time. Found that the oven hadn't been isolated and did not have a leak.

David travelled to Hoppers Crossing, spent 20 minutes checking and running the oven only to find no problem.
Two weeks later, I contacted him for some feed back and to chase the invoice. His response was there was no problem so no invoice. I cannot recommend DBHL highly enough. Still amazed at the timely service and generous attitude.

Honest, reliable and turn up on time. We kept the engineers number from 6 years ago because we were so impressed with his integrity when he didn't charge us because we thought our oven was broken but actually we just needed a lesson on how to use it! 6 years later it actually needed a new element and he came on time and did an efficient job. Highly recommend.

DBHL turn up on time, are honest, reliable and provide excellent service.

Please ignore/forgive the cynicism that follows but...being sick of tradespeople and their call out fees and per 15 minute charges after that, I was more than pleasantly surprised at DBHL's fair and flat fee.
I even had to contact them twice to make sure I was reading their rates correctly!!
David actually arrived on time and knew what he was doing.
He was friendly and polite and...honest.
He didn't try to up-sell me with unnecessary repairs or parts and we now have a 7 year old oven that is as good as new.

Dont be fooled by smeg who list 1 service provider for Vic on their site. Shop around like i did. I'm very happy with outcome.

I read the reviews on WOMO and checked out their website. Decided to contact them for advice and cost of repair of our convection microwave. Their response was quick and to the point. That was really helpful so we could decide to repair or purchase a new one.

The serviceman was on time, personable, and efficient. He was able to source the part over night and fix the appliance quickly the next day. After months of not being able to bake, I can cook again with my oven. Reasonable cost, friendly service. Very happy

I found DBHL services through Womo and they came out to fix my Smeg wall oven. They arrived on time after sending me a text to let me know they were on their way. I can't really recommend them highly enough - everyone I dealt with was pleasant, polite and got on with the job without any fuss. Thank you for the five star service!
