RICOTTA RAVIOLLI You have ruined what was a great product, since the shape changed from round to crescent this product has suffered, the filling is gluey, tasteless and remains hard after the pasta has cooked. This is the second time I've purchased since the recipe change only to give it a fair go but no more, you have lost a loyal customer
La Treistina pasta has always been my favourite.. from the lasagna to ravioli, tortellini, Spaghetti, Fettuccini, no other brand comes close... everything else l see in the supermarkets looks plastic with no taste..
Keep up the great work
Everyone's favorite pasta is back on the shelves and the quality is better than ever! Glad to see them back and still owned by the original family!
I have purchased Lasagna sheets (No 9) for more than 10 years and lately there is no place to buy them between Blackburn and Lilydale. A deli in Chirnside Park used to have them but lately they are out of them? Where is another supplier please?
Approximate cost: $4
I have only used la triestin lasagne sheets and lately the quality is not as good as they used to be. I also found light green specks in the sheets and have not bought them since Dec 18. Please go back to your original recipe.
My mother has been a long time purchaser or your product, specifically Lasagna No.9. Of recent times she has been very disappointed as she is finding that the lasagna sheets appear not to remain intact during initial boiling process.
She has also noticed that the colour of the pasta sheets has become lighter.
Have you alter the product, as she has definitely noticed a change... but not for the better.
Look forward to your reply.
King regards,
Peter.
I agree same here they fall apart like dtrips and very light and thin. I thought it was as one off but they all the same.
I wholeheartedly agree. I dont know whats happened? drove past the shop and saw writing on the windows...
is this a case of 'the writings on the wall?" :O
I am a fan of La Triestina pastas as they are delicious and excellent quality. I have grown up eating this brand as my mum would buy it for the family as a treat.
They have a good range of frozen pastas eg cannelloni, ravioli, tortellini in different flavours.
I usually buy their products in speciality deli stores in the freezer department.
I was pleased to discover their outlet store which is next to the factory where the pasta is manufactured and its open to the public, so I have gone there to stock up on my favourite items and fill my freezer.
