Friendly staff without the hard sell to add on services & products. Hairdressers trim/cut my hair as I requested instead of giving 'extremely good value' by clipping lots off. I feel comfortable with my new trim/cut as soon as I leave the salon instead of waiting few weeks for my hair to grow to a comfortable length
