I only started working out here at the start of this year after my new years resolution was to get fit and stick to an exercise plan. I had only just moved to Essendon and a close friend recommended these guys because she does their indoor boot camps and loves it.
It's only been 6 months so far, but this is the best I have ever done with sticking to a fitness plan. Doing my 1 private personal training session a week with my trainer Dave and then adding in a few extra boot camp sessions when I can has worked perfectly for me.
Although my main goal was to just exercise regularly, I have also been able to drop a bit of weight as well which has been fantastic.
I couldn't be happier!
