I would like to commend the staff on how well they managed my gluten intolerance the young lady who served me took my condition seriously and the food I received was completely gluten free, plus delicious!!! Thank you Risdon hotel I will be back

Great friendly environment. Staff are great. Food is excellent. The salad & vegetable bar has a great variety. If you like sports they have lots of tv's to watch. Excellent.

Wanted a nice tea out as a family on our short stay in Port Pirie, and decided to head to the Risdon Hotel. Upon arriving the staff were pleasant and immediately offered assistance with by getting a high chair for us and offering a place for our pram to go out of the way.

The menu offered is extensive, with the food offered at reasonable prices. I got myself a fillet mignon, medium rare, and my husband ordered the salt and pepper squid. Whilst the fillet was very nice, it was not cooked to medium rare, going way over at 'medium well'. The salt and pepper squid was reportedly nice, being not chewy and well flavoured. The salad bar and vegetables that accompany the main meal had many options, with the potato bake being scrumptious!!!!!

i had a wonderful night here with friends,the food was fantastic,i had the garlic prawns and they were the best i have tasted in a long time,we played pool and it was a really nice atmosphere,the staff were lovely

great place to go for a meal the chicken supreme was really good and great value for the price,decent sized meals and quality,plenty of things to do they have trivia and poker nights and happy hour,worth having a look in

We stopped in here for a meal & found it to be the best in Port Pirie the service was great & staff very helpful,I ordered a Steak & pepper pie & was the best pie I have ever had & the price was great for the size

best hotel in port pirie always friendly and helpful also have an awesome drive thru bottle shop always have specials great meals 10/10 love this hotel its handy location aswell

the best value for money around for their meals they have great deals and regular specials. Quick service and friendly staff the atmosphere is welcoming and you arent rushed out when you are finished
