The worst customer service of Brisbane. Such a shame because I like the imported products.
Also selling things that are completely off is not the way to go. I won't be coming back and do not recommend this place.
There same product is found in the buckets and in the shelf. The buckets seems to be sold in bulk, which justifies being cheaper than the shelf. However, the product from the bucket was off, and as it was the same product of the shelf I decided to swap it around.
The staff was absolutely abusive, claiming that I was stealing from the store, which I never had absolutely any intention. I'm an honorable man, and this claims ia absolutely aggressive for me.
It was an awful experience.
Customer service really don't respect the customer as they could simply come to me and gentle explain the situation (which I was not aware of it), instead of accusing, being aggressive and having the other staff surrounding me as a bunch of thugs.

Very disappointed at customer service here. A Staff member firstly tells me off for standing on wrong side of where the apples are located (not sure how I was suppose to get the bucket I wanted if I didn’t walk around to that side) After telling me off not standing on the right side of the store, She then proceeds to tell me off for spending time deciding which bucket of apples to choose saying and I quote “it’s 99c what do you expect?”

I walked out without purchasing anything and will never be back. Extremely rude staff that make customers feel like we shouldn’t be there!

The security guy on the other hand lovely and friendly - shame there’s staff there that don’t understand meaning of customer service like their contractors do!

I couldn't remember the name of this business and when I read the review it came to me. Yes the prices and service are excellent but the quality is questionable to say the least. I stopped going here a couple of months ago after getting fed up with the veg going off within 24 hours of buying it. If you want the produce for tonight then it's probably going to be ok but like most people I only have time to shop for f & v once a week and I got sick of the bad quality.

Sam Coco has been trading around Brisbane for many years - and his store at Annerley offers great value for money and variety, not only on fruit and veges, but everyday grocery items and imported "speciality" items to suit a diverse culinary market.

His specials each week are GREAT value for money, and his prices are cheaper than many others, including the major supermarkets.

Worth a visit to pick up the special alone - but I am sure you might just leave with a box full of everyday items too!

Approximate cost: $50
