They have gone above and beyond in taking care of me, taking my financial situation into consideration, consulting with me every step of the way and helping fix my car at a price I couldn't believe possible. Very good customer service and good value for work done. Highly recommend you go see them. I left feeling confident I had made the right decision in choosing my new mechanic. If your after a budget mechanic to just do the bare minimum, then I wouldn’t bother but if your after a quality mechanic who will go above and beyond what a normal mechanic will check then these guys are your choice without a doubt. Worth every cent , will 100% be back with any and all cars I own now and in the future. 10/10

After receiving a diagnosis and an astronomical quote from a dealership, we did a search and found Smart Torque Automotive...thank goodness. Nat & Rich worked through the car problem with us in a structured manner and we found that our problems were far less critical than we were originally told.
