Disgusting behaviour from receptionist

As a new patient, I was expecting to wait for a long time. After waiting a few minutes, I was called in. They at Southern River Medical Centre are very polite and thorough. They requested some blood tests which were conveniently done at the centre. Theye was very friendly and made me feel at ease. The medical centre is immaculate and spacious. The reception staff was friendly and courteous.

Not bad but not great. The surgery is nice and new but it's very busy, this is closer to home so tried it rather than the older surgery I went to before but have gone back to my old surgery
